We are still a small family owned and operated business with Tom W. Mosser (3rd generation owner) and Robert G. Englin (4th generation owner) continuing to make Englin's Fine Footwear a customer oriented and family centered business.

When ordering, in the "Special Instructions" section of the order form, enter the following information:

  • Item you wish to price match
  • Competitor's price
  • Web site on which you found the lower price

Place your order and a Customer Service professional will validate the lower price. We will contact you before charging your order if we are unable to honor the price match.

The following criteria must be met in order to fulfill a price match:

  • Exact color, size, and width must be in stock and available for purchase at the competitor's website.
  • Price Match Guarantee only valid on internet advertised pricing.
  • We do not match clearance prices because many times we can and do continue to order these products from the manufacturer. We consider a clearance price to be any price more than 20% off the manufacturer's suggested retail price.
  • Discount codes (ours or a competitors) cannot be used in conjunction with a price match.
  • Standard shipping costs will be included in competitor pricing.
  • Not valid on auction pricing, eBay, or individual sellers through companies such as Amazon.com.

  • We currently ship to North America, Europe, and Australia. We are no longer shipping to Ukraine or Russia due to high occurances of fraud.
  • Free return shipping and Free exchanges are not available for international orders.
  • Shipments to Canada and Mexico are an additional $30.00.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are an additional $10.00.
  • All other international orders are charged $48.00 USD for any number of shoes.
  • International order are shipped via the USPS. Free return shipping does not apply to these destinations.
  • There may be extra fees charged by your nation’s government for duties, taxes, customs fees or any other importing charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are paid separately by the customer to their customs office upon delivery. To find out if any additional fees may apply to your purchase, please contact your local customs office.
  • We offer UPS Next Day Air for an additional $50.00 and 2nd Day Air for an additional $25.00. These are fixed rates no matter what the size of the order or destination in the continental states.
  • APO or FPO addresses do not qualify for expedited shipping or free returns. These addresses ship free of charge.
  • For domestic orders only: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or on weekends or certain holidays.
  • Some products may not be available for immediate shipment. Please contact us if you would like to confirm if the shoe is in stock.
  • All orders placed before 12:00pm on Monday - Friday will be shipped out that day if in stock. If an order for expedited shipment is placed after 12:00pm, we will make all attempts to ship it the same day, but may not be able to ship it until the next business day. Please note that Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping days for UPS.

Free Returns & Exchanges

At Englin's, we are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with your order, please carefully repackage the products in the original box and shipping carton. Login to your Englin's account and request a Return Authorization. We will approve your return request and send you an electronic return label.  Apply this return label* to the outside of your shipping box and return your order within 12 months of purchase for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be in brand new, unworn condition. (We recommend trying on shoes only on carpet)
  • Original manufacturer's packaging and contents must be returned and in the same condition it was received. Please do not attach shipping labels directly to the manufacturer's packaging. UPS has boxes available if you no longer have the original shipping box.
  • All tags, labels and stickers must remain attached to the product.

Please note, we are unable to return or exchange products which do not meet the above criterea. If the products show signs of wear or the original box and packaging are missing or damaged without prior authoriztion, we will be unable to accept the return and will return it to you. We may, at our discretion, offer charge up to a 50% restocking fee in-lieu-of returning the product to you. You will be contacted via e-mail or phone if a return is denied for any reason. Please contact us if you have any questions about the Return Policy.

There are no restocking fees on any returns that are new, unworn and are re-sellable.

*We are unable to refund the shipping cost of items sent back at your cost, please use the electronic return label we send you.

**Free return shipping and free exchanges are not available for orders sent outside of the contigious 48 United States. The cost of expedited shipping will not be refunded.


Sales Tax

Englin's Fine Footwear must charge 7% sales tax on all orders originating from and/or shipping to any location within the state of Indiana, and a 6.25% sales tax to all orders originating from and/or shipping to any location within the state of Illinois.

We will only contact you if it is necessary we speak with you to continue your order. On rare occasions, a single number miskeyed in a zip code or credit card number will prevent order processing or, as credit card authorization is secured at the time of shipment, it is possible that payment is declined. If you receive an email and/or voicemail regarding the necessity of your contact, call us at 1-800-705-SHOE (7463) as soon as possible to continue your order.

Always get a name. When regarding personal and/or sensitive information, always know the name of the person you are talking to.

Do not email sensitive information. As a general rule, never send your credit card information via email as they can be easily intercepted by outside sources.

We will NEVER contact you via our Online Chat or any other form of third-party instant messaging program. Never give anyone sensitive information about your order via online chat. Limited Time Warranty

Englin’s Fine Footwear provides a limited warranty against maufacturer's defects for 60 days from the time of purchase. This does not guarantee against normal wear and tear. Shoes with qualified defects may be returned within 60 days of the time of purchase for a full refund. Once we receive the damaged/defective shoes into our warehouse, we will examine the shoe to determine the cause of the defect or damage. If the shoe is found to only show signs of normal wear/tear, or if the damage on the shoe appears to be caused only from wear/tear and not due to a manufacturer's error, the shoes will be returned to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes back to them in this situation. If the shoes are found to have a qualified defect, the customer will be refunded in full for the purchase (minus the cost of expedited shipping or international shipping if selected by the customer in the original purchase). Englin’s Fine Footwear does not provide return shipping for international orders due to defects nor are we able to refund customs fees and duties paid in your country. If your shoes obtain damages due to a manufacturer defect after the 60 days from the time of purchase, please contact the manufacturer for assistance, repair, or replacement as that manufacturer’s warranties are specifically detailed. In this circumstance, we will be glad to assist you by providing proof of purchase and customer contact information to the manufacturer if available. Any damaged/defective shoes returned to Englin’s Fine Footwear after the 60 days from the time of purchase will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
