If I order now, will I get it by Christmas?

Due to a multitude of factors, estimating package arrival is nearly impossible this year. At this point, we only recommend using UPS 2nd Day Air (through Dec 21) or UPS Next Day Air (through Dec 22) for guaranteed Christmas delivery. If you are in a state bordering Indiana, there is a good possibility you can ship with UPS Ground through Friday, December 18th and still receive it by Christmas. After that, expedited is the only option for guaranteed delivery.

Is my package lost?

If your tracking status shows as 'in transit', then it is still moving through the USPS system on its way to you. If your package is shown as 'delivered' but you do not have it, please wait 24-hours before contacting us. Some carriers are marking packages as delivered at the end of their route and not actually delivering them until the following day. If it has been over 24 hours, please contact us and let us know your package is lost and we will get you taken care of.

Why haven't I received my package yet?

Over the past couple weeks, we have been actively tracking shipping issues with the United States Postal Service (USPS) that is affecting a small portion of our shipments. Due to unprecedented volume, the postal service is overwhelmed and is struggling to keep up with the volume of packages moving through the system. In an effort to expedite delivery, they are no longer scanning packages as they make their way from facility to facility. As a result, it can appear that your package is stuck in a location for days at a time. Please be patient and wait for your package to arrive.

Who is affected?

Orders placed between November 20th and December 9th using the Free Shipping method may have been affected. If your tracking number is a 22-digit number starting in 9405, then it was shipped via USPS and may be affected by the delays.

What are you doing to help?

Rest assured that we are working with the USPS to get your items delivered in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, there is no other information we can provide on your package's status that's not shown on the USPS tracking page. We have stopped shipping with USPS for everything but PO Box and International addresses.

Why is this happening?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there are more people shopping online than in previous years and overall shipping volume has doubled over last year's figured. Additionally, there are many employees out sick or in quarantine which further hampers operations at the USPS. We have heard reports that some cities have hundreds of trucks full of packages sitting, waiting to be unloaded. Below are some photos taken this week inside of one of the USPS distribution centers to give you an idea of the scope of this issue nationwide.
